Jennifer Mastick is an LPC and ATR who holds a master’s degree in Art Therapy with an emphasis in mental health counseling through Mount Mary University. She has experience working with adolescents, adults, and older adults who experience trauma, grief and loss, depression and anxiety, chronic health conditions, life transitions, relationships, and those who are interested in gaining awareness in an effort to pursue a positive quality of life.
Jennifer utilizes mindfulness and somatic based techniques alongside psychoeducation to accommodate each person's unique therapeutic goals. She believes all people have strengths they can capitalize on and through those strengths heal from trauma and manage their mental health symptoms. She also utilizes Art Therapy. Art therapy requires no previous experience with art making and can include a variety of activities such as writing, collage, poetry, digital art, photography, storytelling and more.
