Katelyn Heller, LPC-IT

Katelyn is a professional counselor in training. She has worked with people of all ages, welcoming the unique experiences of each developmental level. Katelyn uses a collaborative approach to understand the client's needs, barriers, strengths, and resources in order to increase their quality of life. She utilizes techniques from Acceptance and Commitment and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, while being trauma informed.

Katelyn received her master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from the University of Iowa and a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Northern Iowa.
