Kelsey Dillon, LPC

Kelsey Dillon is a Licensed Professional Counselor who holds a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis on Children and Adolescents from Marquette University. She has ten years of experience working primarily with children, adolescents, teens, young adults, and parents. Kelsey has worked in a variety of settings providing therapy to these populations including schools, inpatient and intensive outpatient programs, pediatrics office, and outpatient clinics. She spends most of her work helping support clients with symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma history, ADHD, self-harm, grief and loss, suicidal ideation, disordered eating, challenging behaviors, adjustment concerns, and relationship issues, among other things.

Kelsey typically uses interventions primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-informed care (TIC), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). She also does a lot of work and collaboration with parents, families, and schools to best support the success of children in therapy. She focuses on meeting the client where they are, focusing on their strengths, and empowering them to progress forward and live a more balanced life.

When not at work, Kelsey enjoys being outside, hiking with her family, exploring new places, and participating in triathlons.
