Sarah Theiler is an LPC who holds a master’s degree in educational psychology with an emphasis in Community Counseling. She has over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, parents, couples and adults who experience anxiety, depression, grief + loss, and major life transitions. Other areas of practice include Families with children newly diagnosed with Developmental Delay or Autism, Chronic Health Conditions, and Attentional/
Executive Functioning difficulties.
Sarah utilizes cognitive, solution-focused and positive psychology-based techniques, alongside psychoeducation, to help address and support each person's therapeutic goals. She strives to help individuals discover and build on their mental assets to manage mental health symptoms.
