Scott Stauter is a Certified Advanced Practice Social Worker (APSW). He earned his master’s in social work at Chamberlain University and is pursuing a doctoral degree in clinical psychology from California Southern University.
Scott partners with clients to identify strengths and help them accomplish their goals. He is empathetic and non-judgmental and uses a multi-faceted approach to therapy. These therapeutic approaches include cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectal behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing (MI), and psychoanalysis. He works with people of all ages to help with problems that affect their ability to navigate this complex world.
Scott is committed to being kind and direct with clients. He creates an open and welcoming space for clients to share their struggles and aspirations. He works at a pace that is comfortable for clients to make the changes that will increase their quality of life.
