Policy
Our clinic will close when Madison Public Schools close due to snow but not due to cold weather.

Clinic Policies
RMHG aspires to be a case managed clinic. The first appointment and beginning of the evaluation is often scheduled with one of our therapists. If medication management is needed, the therapist will then refer the patient to a psychiatrist within our clinic. The psychiatrists, however, are on occasion available to do the initial evaluations.
Cancellations
If it is necessary to cancel an appointment at RMHG, please give us a call at least one day (24 hours) in advance. If you miss an appointment or cancel at the last minute, you will be billed for this "no show." You will be charged $75.00 for a no show or same day cancellation.
RMHG reserves the right to terminate your care after three no shows and/or late cancellations. It would be your responsibility to then find a new mental health provider.
